Page International Ltd is a premier mining and dredging company registered in Cameroon, with its headquarters strategically located in the economic capital of Douala. Since our establishment in 2016, we have grown to become a leading provider of high-quality construction sand and an industry expert in sea dredging for land reclamation.
With an extensive operational presence spanning over half a dozen hectares in the Mongo area, we boast a dredging capacity of over 800M³ per hour, making us the foremost supplier of construction sand in Douala, Limbe, and Buea. Our experience and commitment to innovation have positioned us as a key player in land reclamation, allowing us to expand our expertise into larger-scale reclamation projects, particularly in the Wouri River.
Recognizing the immense potential of the Wouri River, which features over 400 unexploited islands and swampy shores, we have dedicated our efforts to transforming these underutilized spaces into valuable land. Our projects provide essential real estate for industries, exporting companies, and residential developments in Cameroon’s fast-growing coastal areas.
At Page International Ltd, we are driven by a mission to lead the land reclamation sector in Cameroon by 2030 while maintaining our status as the largest national supplier of construction sand. Backed by a highly skilled workforce with a combined experience of over 50 years in dredging, we are committed to contributing to the nation’s development and playing a significant role in achieving Cameroon’s 2035 emerging plan.

Our History

Page International Ltd was founded in 2016 with a clear vision: to become a dominant force in Cameroon’s dredging and land reclamation industry. Starting with small-scale dredging operations in the Mongo area, we quickly established ourselves as a reliable supplier of construction sand, catering to the ever-growing demands of the construction industry in Douala, Limbe, and Buea. Over the years, our expertise in river dredging allowed us to successfully expand into land reclamation, addressing the urgent need for habitable and industrial land in coastal areas. Recognizing the immense potential of the Wouri River, we launched a dedicated reclamation department focused on converting swampy shores and islands into usable land for urban expansion and industrial development. A landmark moment in our journey came in late 2024 when we partnered with the Douala City Council and the Chinese construction firm CFHECC to undertake a transformative 6-hectare land reclamation and coastal road construction project. This initiative marked our entry into large-scale infrastructure development, reinforcing our role as an industry leader. As we continue to expand, our ambition remains steadfast: to revolutionize land reclamation in Cameroon, optimize the supply of construction sand, and contribute significantly to the country’s economic and infrastructural growth.
